Once again North Wales men and women’s teams were triumphant in the Welsh Inter-Regional Mountain Running Championships at Cilcain with Sam Gunning (Cybi Striders) holding off Ed Woodhead (Deeside AAC) for the Men’s title while Eden O’Dea (Deeside AAC) completed a Hat-Trick of victories in the event which was held in cloudy & dry conditions overhead though slippery underfoot on the descent off Moel Fammau.
