INTER-REGIONAL TRACK & FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS 2024 – DEESIDE, JUNE 8

North Wales took the honours with a comfortable team win at the Inter-Regional Track and Field Championships in Deeside.

The host team amassed 405 points ahead of South Wales (217), East Wales (190) and West Wales (184).

Among the stand-out individual performances of the day which helped North Wales to their victory was Martha Bown’s personal best of 2:22.06 to win the under-15 girls 800m.

Meanwhile, Aiden Angilletta, boosted the winning region’s total points with wins in the under-15 boys 80m hurdles, the high jump and the 4x100m.
