Holyhead Breakwater 5 Mile 2022

A big thank you to Cybi Striders for hosting the 2022 5-mile Regional Championships within the Holyhead Breakwater 5-mile race on Sunday 31st July.  This was a well-organised race on a fast and flat course.  Thanks also to Paul Brooks for compiling the Championship results and congratulations to the winners – Ian Edwards and Gemma Brown (Moore).

Congratulations also to Emyr Davies (Hebog) on setting a new NWRAC 5 miles M75 record of 38.44.
