Thank You to Dilwyn Davies

After 25 years of service to NWRAC, Dilwyn has retired from his post of Treasurer.  He is pictured here on the right, as he is inducted into our Hall of Fame, receiving his award from Paul Brooks.  Dilwyn also had decades in our sport as Treasurer for both Welsh Schools AA and Ynys Mon AC and was a highly regarded timekeeper across several disciplines.  He will be missed but leaves with our sincere thanks.
